# Return Policy

## 1. The short version

Is This A Scam? (operated by FortifiedWall LLC, "we", "us", or "our") is a **digital subscription service**. There is no physical product, so there is nothing to return. Subscription fees are **non-refundable** — but you can **cancel at any time**, and you keep access through the period you have already paid for.

## 2. No refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial or unused billing periods, **except where a refund is required by applicable law or is granted at our sole discretion**. We do not provide pro-rated refunds when you cancel partway through a billing period.

## 3. Cancel any time

- You can cancel your subscription whenever you like — from the [dashboard](https://preview-portal.isthisascam.email) or by [contacting us](https://preview.isthisascam.email/contact/).
- Cancellation takes effect at the **end of your current billing period**. You are not charged again after you cancel.
- You keep full access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

## 4. Free trial

A free trial requires a valid payment method up front. **Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the charge.** If you do not cancel, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends, and the no-refund policy above applies. No refund is owed for unused trial time.

## 5. Expert consultations

Consultations with a certified professional are billed separately from your subscription. As set out in the [Terms of Service](https://preview.isthisascam.email/legal/terms/#cancellation-refunds):

- No-shows, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, forfeit the session fee.
- Refunds for technical issues that prevented a session from being completed are evaluated case by case.
- Dissatisfaction with the advice provided is not grounds for a refund.
- Pre-purchased consultation units expire 365 days from the purchase date; unused units are forfeited after expiry with no refund or credit.

## 6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where the law requires us to provide a refund, we will.
