Return Policy

1. The short version

Is This A Scam? (operated by FortifiedWall LLC, "we", "us", or "our") is a digital subscription service. There is no physical product, so there is nothing to return. Subscription fees are non-refundable — but you can cancel at any time, and you keep access through the period you have already paid for.

This page is a plain-language summary. The controlling terms are in our Terms of Service (Cancellation and Refunds, Free Trial, and Consultations); if anything here and the Terms ever conflict, the Terms apply.

2. No refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial or unused billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is granted at our sole discretion. We do not provide pro-rated refunds when you cancel partway through a billing period.

3. Cancel any time

• You can cancel your subscription whenever you like — from the dashboard or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You are not charged again after you cancel.
• You keep full access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Free trial

A free trial requires a valid payment method up front. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the charge. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends, and the no-refund policy above applies. No refund is owed for unused trial time.

5. Expert consultations

Consultations with a certified professional are billed separately from your subscription. As set out in the Terms of Service:

• No-shows, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, forfeit the session fee.
• Refunds for technical issues that prevented a session from being completed are evaluated case by case.
• Dissatisfaction with the advice provided is not grounds for a refund.
• Pre-purchased consultation units expire 365 days from the purchase date; unused units are forfeited after expiry with no refund or credit.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where the law requires us to provide a refund, we will.
